 Legal Research & Writing

David offers services as an “outsourced associate” for attorneys who prefer to have someone else research particular legal issues or take care of particular legal writing matters.  Services include:

Co-Counsel & Pro Hac Vice

David offers service as co-counsel for local solo and small firm attorneys.  Large law firms often have armies of associates to manage particular aspects of complicated cases which can put solo and small firm attorneys at a disadvantage.  Retaining David as co-counsel can help mitigate that risk, whether he is retained to assist with isolated issues in cases, manage discovery, write and research briefs, or to serve as co-trial counsel.  He also serves local counsel for out-of-state attorneys who seek pro hac vice admission.  David offers these services only to other attorneys for an hourly or flat fee rate and can provide references upon request.
